Further to the OTC announcements on 3 and 18 September 2009, Total Sports Online AS ("TSO") hereby announces that the exchange offer will be completed as follows: For those shareholders who will exchange their shares in TSO with a corresponding number of shares in Fast Web Media Ltd, such transfer of shares will be carried out on or about 25 September 2009. Share certificates in Fast Web Media Ltd will be issued on or about such date and sent by registered post to these shareholders at the respective addresses registered in the VPS (or, in some cases, to the Norwegian custodian banks, who, in turn, will notify the registered shareholder). For all other shareholders, the cash settlement (NOK 0.05 per share) will take place by money transfer on or about 30 September 2009 to the bank account designated in relation to such shareholders' respective VPS accounts. Shareholders entitled to less than NOK 15 under the cash settlement have assigned the payment claim to the charities designated in TSO's offer letter dated 23 June 2009.
