Further to the announcement by Total Sports Online AS ("TSO") on 3 September 2009, this is to notify that the settlement of the exchange offer has been delayed due to certain UK registration requirements and therefore will not take place during the instant week (week 38). The Board expects that settlement will take place on or about 30th September, 2009. A further OTC announcement will be made by TSO on the settlement date.
