Pursuant to a resolution by the Extraordinary General Meeting in Total Sports Online on 10 January 2008, the Company has been converted from a public limited liability company (ASA) to a limited liability company (AS). The conversion was duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on 30 January 2008.
