SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE

Further to the share issue resolved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 17 December 2003 and carried out in January 2004, the registered share capital in the Company has been increased to NOK 3,053,543.25 consisting of 12,214,173 shares each having a par value of NOK 0.25.
