TOTAL SPORTS ONLINE ASA SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE

The Board of Directors of the Total Sports Online ASA has accepted subscriptions for a total of 7 million shares at a price of NOK 2 per share in the share issue towards existing shareholders resolved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 20 June 2005. Notifications of allotment are being sent to the subscribing shareholders. The subscription amount is due for payment on 25 July 2005.

Styret i Total Sports Online ASA har akseptert tegning av totalt 7 millioner aksjer til tegningskurs NOK 2 per aksje i emisjonen mot eksisterende aksjonærer vedtatt av den ekstraordinære generalforsamlingen den 20. juni 2005. Notifikasjon om tildeling vil bli sendt til de aksjonærer som har tegnet seg i emisjonen. Tegningsbeløpet forfaller til betaling 25. juli 2005.
